SHIPPING
All Brock Studios products are packed and shipped directly from our studio using trusted delivery providers. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. At that point, Brock Studios is no longer responsible for the items.
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the size/weight of your order.
Once an item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Brock Studios is not liable for missed deliveries and may charge re-shipping costs for uncollected packages.
Our rates cover the vast majority of shipments; however, certain remote locations or specialised delivery requirements may incur additional fees. If this occurs, we will email you with details and offer the option to cancel the order before dispatch.

TRACKING
When your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details. Please monitor your shipment—customs duties or taxes may be due to release your parcel. Failure to pay these charges can result in your package being returned; you may remain liable for the carrier’s charges.
TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or carrier admin fees. These may be charged when the shipment reaches your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Brock Studios does not calculate or collect these charges on your behalf. Online calculators (e.g., duty estimators) can provide estimates only and may exclude carrier fees. If duties/taxes are unpaid and the order returns to us, applicable taxes/fees and return costs may be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Contact info@brockstudios.com with the subject line “Return – [your order number]” and include your reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Use a trackable, signed-for service; you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: Some items are not eligible for return, including made-to-order, pre-order, sale items, jewellery, accessories and bags. If you’re unsure, email info@brockstudios.com before purchasing.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, email info@brockstudios.com. Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges. Not all items are eligible (particularly made-to-order or pre-order). Exchanges are offered at Brock Studios’ discretion and subject to stock availability.
HEAVY SHIPMENTS
For larger/heavier items (e.g., art pieces), shipping may be quoted separately. After purchase, we’ll email a shipping quote for approval before dispatch.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted via SSL. If you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to their platform to complete payment.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make a purchase on the Brock Studios website ("the Site"), you must provide accurate personal information, including your full name, home address, phone number, and email address. You must also provide valid and accurate payment details, which you represent and warrant as correct.
All products purchased via Brock Studios are for personal or gift use only and are not intended for resale, commercial purposes, or other commercial benefits. Brock Studios reserves the right to restrict the number of units of any item shipped to a single customer.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, such as in product descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. Brock Studios reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted, without prior notice.
PRICING POLICY
Prices displayed on the Site are in British pounds (GBP) and may change in response to fluctuations in exchange rates or other factors. Brock Studios reserves the right to modify prices at any time. This does not affect orders already placed before a price change.
If you purchase an item before it is reduced in price, Brock Studios is not obligated to honour the reduced price or match prices found elsewhere.
MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) ITEMS
Made-to-order items are handmade and unique, which means there may be slight variations in details. Materials used for MTO items are subject to availability, and there may be differences in colour, texture, or composition of the materials used.
Lead times displayed for MTO products are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors. Once an MTO order is placed and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. While we may accommodate minor changes at our discretion, this cannot be guaranteed. Brock Studios reserves the right to cancel any MTO order at its discretion.
ALL ORDERS
Once your order has been dispatched, Brock Studios is not liable for the purchased items, including pre-orders and MTO products. It cannot be guaranteed that any details of the order (such as delivery address, size, or quantity) can be amended once an order has been placed and confirmed.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional discounts and sales may exclude certain items, including pre-orders, MTO products, and e-vouchers.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will not be shipped immediately. Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product descriptions but may vary. If delays occur, Brock Studios will notify you via email. Please note we are unable to cancel any pre-orders once placed.
